Original 1966 USA 1st Stereo issue, in gatefold cover with the Hot-spots Map Offer Inside. Verve - V6-5005-2X
The gatefold cover is VG
 The original inner sleeves are VG+ The labels are VG+  The vinyl record is VG The audio is VG  Plays very well, with some occasional light imperfections. Tape repair to the top rear seam of the gatefold cover.

Blue labels with silver print. No company address appears on labels.

Cat# V6-5005-2X on cover/spine, V/V6-500502 at the inner spread and V6-5005-2 on labels.

"Freak-Out Hot-Spots" map/poster offer printed inside gatefold on right-hand side.
