Description

Test pressing No. 0006 for the renowned sixties group. Very popular in UK, they saw limited touring and exposure in the US, probably from mismanagement. 1970 group was Roy Wood, Jeff Lynne (pre-ELO), Bev Bevan and Rick Price. See Wiki for great details.



Disc is clean, crisp, borderline NM. The sound jumps off the grooves. A high volume disc, monumental sixties milepost.



Cover excellent too. (See photos). Numbered in UL. 1" split UR. Test press label has inscription written. I have not deciphered it, maybe a name or instruction. This is an incredible testament to British psychedelia. Has long version of Cherry Blossom Clinic. (45 was shelved).
