Description
Original Vinyl pressing from 1970
This is the very first pressing of this LP. It is known to have a pressing defect which causes a repeating skip on "Don't Make My Baby Blue" on side 2.
I can confirm (as I listen to all of my LPs before selling) that this does have the repeating skip on that track.
Its further confirmed by the matrix number on side 2: YCARX 64 - 1U (picured)
Second pressings, which do not skip, have the YCARX 64 - 2U matrix on side two. This Ebay listing is for the first pressing.
Cover: VG+
Laminated cover with Light wear / creasing / ringware but all round in nice condition still.
Inner sleeve: VG+
Nice condition with a couple of small circular marks on one side (10p sized)
And some darkening around the edges.
Vinyl: VG
It's been well loved but is still great to listen to. There are marks and light scratching on both sides (side one being the better of the two sides in my opinion).
Surface noise is evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratching that will affect the sound.
I play all my vinyl before selling I don't do visual grading, and you'll find my feedback speaks for itself because of this.
