Artist: The Nashville Teens
Title: The Nashville Teens EP
Label Details: Decca DFE 8600
Issued: 1964
Great four track EP from the Nashville Teens, showing their mix of r&b and pop roots. Tracks featured are "I Need You Baby" (otherwise known as "Mona"), "Parchman Farm", "Bread And Butter Man" and (strange choice) Irving Berlin's "How Deep Is The Ocean". Rare EP by a much under-rated band
Condition:
Vinyl pressing is good, clean with only paper scratches. Cover is fair, apart from ink on front, back very browned.
I am selling my collection of pop, rock, folk, jazz 45s accumulated between the early and mid sixties and the mid-eighties, with an ultimate aim to actually being able to have some space to move around in my house.
Many of these records have not been played for a couple of decades, and were not particularly well looked after in their early years (youth club record players, etc.) but are still astonishingly playable.
