Description
The New Dave Brubeck Quartet "A Cut Above" Two Record Collector's Edition. Direct to Disc audiophile recording. Limited Numbered Edition (#13142). Direct to Disc Records. Factory Sealed. Dave Brubeck and his three sons. The brittle cellophane wrap is torn about 8 inches on the opening edge, yet the jacket and the two records remain sealed, unopened. The golden foil seal (with the serial number on it) on the opening side is broken, from age and the weight of the two records inside the jacket, not by someone breaking it to open the record jacket. The cellophane on the opening side of the jacket is opened about two thirds. The records remain sealed, never out of their sleeves or their jacket. They are intact. I taped the very brittle (due to age) cellophane on a couple of points along the tear to stop it from tearing or opening any further.
I bought it many years ago. I've kept all my records in specially designed and made LP plastic storage boxes, on an industrial shelf rack, in a spare bedroom for over 30 years.
Because this record is factory sealed in a bag, the record and jacket are assumed to be in mint condition. The sealed records I sell, from my own personal collection, are sold as audiophile collectibles. Their premium pricing is based on the fact that they are still sealed after 40 years. Please consider this very carefully before you open up this sealed record.
I cannot be responsible for pressing defects, warps or any other factory errors. I cannot accept a return once the factory sealed bag (made of, now brittle, cellophane) has been opened.
Guaranteed to be factory sealed. No other guarantees.
Your LP record will be securely packaged and mailed in a specially designed and made record mailer box, which protects the edges and the corners of the record jackets during shipping. Please see photos. Free US Postal Service Media Mail shipping (2 - 8 days), tracking and delivery confirmation within the continental USA. Buyer pays taxes and insurance.
Please no buyer's remorse, false claims or or any type of dishonesty. I'm not Amazon. I'm just an audiophile selling some of his record collection. Thank you for your understanding. Please ask any pertinent questions before buying or making an offer.
