Vinyl:  easily VG+  (mostly much better)   Designed with "locked grooves" that prevent the needle moving to the next track, done for sound engineers who would be using this for recording.
Box:  bottom  part of box is good and intact, top has 4 split corners, some highlighting in yellow on track listing in box
