DESPATCH: All records are despatched in brand new record mailers with card stiffener & marked with a ‘fragile handle with care’ sticker. 

All items are sent Royal Mail first class. If you would like an alternative method of delivery, or are buying several items that can be combined, please enquire for a revised quote. I obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail; if something appears to have been lost or delayed, contact me and I will try and obtain a refund from Royal Mail. If you are unhappy with the item please get in touch first to agree any return & refund
