Description

Recorded in 1978 and released in 1979, The Numbers' first 7" is one of the most sort-after early Australian punk/power pop 7"s around. Not to be confused with the Brisbane band that became The Riptides, this trio hailed from Sydney and moved on from this urgent, tough pop/punk EP to a slick, commercial sound. This remains their high water mark and stands up there alongside those early Australian releases like the Riptides, Sunnyboys and Go-Betweens. An absolutely essential part of your Australian 7" vinyl collection. In Excellent condition as well.
