This listing is for an original pressing of the rare Winston-Salem, NC soul 45 by The Ovations on Triad Records. It is "Where Is Love?" b/w "What Does It Take?". And although the instrumental cut "Where Is Love?" is the A side track, the real winner here is the B side, "What Does It Take?"
This record is in beautiful, glossy condition with clean labels. I always like to grade conservatively but this is an exceptionally clean VG+ copy that plays great both sides with no flaws or issues. The "Where Is Love?" side has one superficial hairline at the very outer edge that does not affect play (no ticks/clicks, etc.). A gorgeous copy. Both labels are very clean with no writing, sticker wear, soiling, etc. Nice, top copy.
This 45 has been cleaned and play tested before listing. It was washed in a SpinClean, vacuumed on a Nitty Gritty, then cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner as a final step.
I will double-box this 45 for added protection in transit. A tracking number will be provided. This record will be sent USPS Ground Advantage for the sake of the built-in insurance that is not included on Media Mail packages.
