Description

 This item is a 45 rpm record released in 1966 on Bengel Records by the Rochester, New York group The Playboys containing the songs ‘It’s No Use’ b/w ‘Somebody To Love’. Record label and number is Bengel Records PK-122765. ‘It’s No Use’ was originally recorded by The Byrds and is included on the ‘Mr. Tambourine Man’ LP (Note the credit for the songwriter as being ‘McGinn’ on the record label. The B side is actually ‘Everybody Needs Somebody To Love‘ as recorded by The Rolling Stones among others. Note the songwriter credits as being ‘M. Jager’. Record itself is in excellent condition and looks almost new. A side record label is signed in pen ‘Jim Dooley The Playboys‘ (see photos). Bottom part of the J in Jim is signed on the paper outer sleeve. This group is a totally different group than Gary Lewis and The Playboys. A very rare private pressing from 1966 and is a great addition to your Garage / 45 record collection! No reserve.
