Description

Listing is for a great copy of Fairytale Of New York by The Pogues from my own collection. This is the rare 12" limited edition version released in a Gatefold Sleeve in 1991.
As well as the title track the 12" features 3 bonus live tracks including a brilliant cover of Rod Stewarts - Maggie May recorded at the Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow.
Tracklisting- Side 1: 1. Fairytale Of New York 2. A Pair Of Brown Eyes (Live) Side 2: 1. The Sick Bed Of Cuchulainn (Live) 2. Maggie May (Live)
Condition- The vinyl is in lovely shape. It has been well looked after and only ever played on my Project Debut turntable.  Using the Record Collector grading I would grade the vinyl as: Excellent (EX) - 'The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing'.
The gatefold sleeve still has the 'hype sticker' on the front, it does show some signs of age related handling/shelf wear. Using the Record Collector grading I would grade the sleeve as Very Good (VG) - 'Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable". Please have a look at the photos uploaded as this shows in detail the condition of the sleeve.
I have started the listing with a low starting price and I have other records I am listing at present including other Pogues vinyl so please have a look at my other listings incase you are interested in any of these as I'd be happy to combine P&P on multiple items.
Any questions please get in touch and Happy Bidding.
Record will be sent in a vinyl cardboard mailer via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.

Wanted to add that the mark that can be seen on left of vinyl on pics 18 & 19 is just a bit of light reflection when taking the photo and is not actually a mark in the vinyl. Both sides of the record are in beautiful condition.
