Description
The Police Every Breath You Take UK 7" Limited Edition Double Pack Single with Extra Single Truth Hits Everybody (Remix) / Man In A Suitcase (Live at Variety Arts Theatre) SEALED IN SHRINK WRAP WITH SILVER STICKER. (THE SEAL HAS A SPLIT DOWN THE RIGHT HAND SIDE BUT THE SEAL IS STILLTOTALLY INTACT. THE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS, IS BOTH SINGLES CAN BE TAKEN OUT WITHOUT HAVING TO RIP THE SHRINK WRAP! ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO TRANSFER THE UNRELEASED TRUTH HITS EVERYBODY 1983 RE-RECORDING, WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN RELEASED ON CD OR THE POLICE BOX SET)
This is known as The Police's rarest UK single, which was impossible to find at the time of release, and was only breifly available in May 1983. This comes with the mega rare extra single Truth Hits Everybody (Remix) which was a fantastic re-recording during the Synchronicity Sessions. This was missing from the Police Box Set and can only be found on this single.
What makes this exceptionally rare, is that the single is still partially sealed in its original shrink wrap and comes with the silver sticker.
Please Note: The shrink wrap and single are brand new but is open down the right hand side, which is handy if you want to play the bonus single without ripping the perfectly sealed shrink wrap. All corners are perfectly sealed and not damaged, so a perfect example.
Looks like it's just come out of the shop. Plus I have placed it a protective new re-sealable sleeve so it stays in mint condition in the parcel. (See photo which I took after I placed the sealed record in the re-sealable sleeve.
Condition New / Unplayed.
I will start the auction off low at £29,99 to give everyone the opportunity in winning this original Police rarity.
You will never find anouther sealed and perfect copy like this on ebay again, so this could be your only chance.
These sell for £200 - £300 so you might grab yourself a bargain of this rare record, so best of luck.
Note: If you tear open the shrink wrap (heaven forbid!) it opens up as a gatefold sleeve with a big picture of the band inside.
Will post worldwide with tracking due to the rarity of this record.
