Description
Brand-new, sealed limited edition 2018 reissue of the song ROXANNE by The Police. This is the Record Store Day issue that sold out that very day; only 2,000 copies were pressed worldwide.
Everything about this is MINT. The jacket is pristine, the shrink wrap shows no imperfections and does not have a price sticker on it (but it does have the round sticker on the front and the "Made in Germany" sticker on the back that were placed on it during production), and there is no indication that any price sticker was ever on the shrink wrap.
This is a 7-inch 45-RPM reissue with RED vinyl. This has ROXANNE on the A-side and PEANUTS on the B-side, which is how this single was originally released back in 1978 (from their debut '78 album).
This comes in a reproduction of the original jacket that this single came in when it was first released in 1978 in conjuction with the release of their debut album. Beautiful bespoke gatefold sleeve with die-cut 'dialing holes' on the front cover, which is a reproduction of the original UK red 'telephone' image. Inside the gatefold sleeve is a reproduction of the original blue European inner sleeve. Photo of the band on the inside of the gatefold.
