This is the 2nd copy I have seen in 30 years, which has a large centre hole. Only a handful of these exist. The small centre hole is rare enough, as originally part of the Every Breath You Take UK 7" Double Pack, where only 500 sets were produced. This copy was given out by an A&M Promotions Rep to various record shops. I was told that in the handful of these stand alone 7" he had, half of them were large centre hole versions, to promote the very limited double pack, A&M produced spare stand alone copies for the media and made some of these large centre hole versions for juke boxes and outlets to play. This was done at the A&M factory so if you look at the pictures this will tell you. Best of luck.
It's also worth noting that this song was and still is, missing from the Police box set, Message In A Box: The Complete Recordings. This version was recorded during the Synchronicity Sessions in December 1982 and is fantastic and better than the original version in my opinion.
