You are bidding on a very rare piece of Police history

THE POLICE WRAPPED AROUND YOUR FINGER
US 7" 12/06/83 A&M Records Studios ½" 2-trk Production Copy Master Tape

The tape has been authenticated by an ex-A&M director, who says this should never have got out, and the acetate was produced from this tape.

Background Info:
According to ex-A&M Records director:

"This is a studio reference tape that they used to make the master reference acetate.
So when they cut the acetate A&M could refer back to the tape, before they actually cut the pressing." April 2011

I will post this with on line tracking due to the rarity of this item.

I have also listed on ebay, the other master tape for  The Police Roxanne.

Both items came directly from an ex-A&M employee in LA, which I bought several years ago.

Need to sell these for financial reasons, so I hope these go to a serious collection.
