Description

Offered for your consideration here is the justly revered 4 LP set entitled "The Romantic Rachmaninoff". Exceptional RCA recordings and performances, pressed up beautifully for Reader's Digest. The LPs are gorgeous.....NM/NM-. Also, note that at the top of each sleeve, that the original (or likely second owner) wrote the date that he cleaned them on his VPI 17.5 cleaning machine. I'm playing one now as I type up the description. The sound is phenomenal. If I even remotely enjoyed the music, it would be a keeper for me. Apparently I am NOT a romantic....LOL. The booklet is included and shows normal light wear. The inner slipcase has some smudging as seen in the photo....possibly from the removal of a price tag. That MAY clean up, but I will leave that project up to the buyer. These come from a massive collection where they were likely played once, if even that.
