Description

The Real Kids (ex-Modern Lovers) - Red Star Records RS2 - 1977 First Pressing - Near Mint

This is the eponymous debut album from Boston punk band The Real Kids, issued by Red Star Records in 1977. The band was formed by ex-Modern Lover John Felice in 1972, quickly gaining success playing "an aggressive brand of straight-ahead, no-bullshit rock which harkened back to Chuck Berry, had overtones of the British Invasion groups at their mod finest, yet pointed the way towards the punk to come." (Boston Rock Storybook)
Just one original pressing with matrix variants. Please feel free to verify features of various release versions on Discogs if you have any concerns.

Overall condition is Near Mint. Vinyl is NM, some minor scuffing and a few fingerprint marks. Sleeve is VG/VG+, some ring/corner wear and creasing.
