Description
Red preprinted cover version of "Stink" from legendary Minneapolis band The Replacements. There are several pressings of this release so it can get a bit confusing, From the Twin Tone label site: "This "mini-LP" was released on June 24, 1982. The first three pressings (2,000 + 1,500 + 1,500) used hand stamped white jackets. Each pressing had unique markings and were easily told apart. (First was black, the second was red, the third was done in black with a fake bar code made from a cut out "potato stamp") For the fourth and future pressings we went to pre-printed jackets." This is at least the fourth pressing. Record looks mint at first glance, but if you look very closely there are a few small surface scratches which should not affect play. Being a white cover, it shows marks/dirt easily. Biggest ones are some dirt where the price sticker was rubbed off and a slightly crushed lower left corner. I have not played this in the 20+ years I have owned it, as it was given to me by someone who owed me money. This was a hard to find album even then, let alone one in this condition.
