Notes/Description: This record is one of a number from a single collection of a 1960/1970s collector. They all have things in common. Firstly he bought them all from new and looked after them well. Secondly, he wrote his name and address on all of them, very discreetly and neatly. Thirdly and what was very helpful though was that he wrote the date that he bought them as well , which helps enormously with authenticity. Fourthly he applied a sticker to one label on every record - always neatly and uniformly with the name "Charlie". Typically he also "decorated" the inner sleeves with contemporary music press cuttings relating to the album or artist - making for a very interesting historical reference. The vinyl retains its sheen - Side 1 has a few obvious but mainly hairlines although one causes a very faint tick on the last track, Side 2 looks much cleaner although again there is the faintest of ticks on a couple of tracks for a few seconds, - overall it sounds superb and much better than VG . The sleeve is very clean and tidy with no wear and a perfect spine - with Charlie's details on the rear just above the band photos - purchased on 15th April 1966 which was also the date of the release of the album, - some timings are also added.
