Description
The Rolling Stones "Exile On Main St" 2xLP 2010 EU reissue 180g Black Vinyl
This is a "USED" copy but looks unplayed. I rarely use the "NM" description since it is highly subjective but I feel comfortable using it for this record.
The cover is flawless. Matte gatefold cover with no damage inside and out. Looks like it's right out of the shrink wrap. Same for the inner sleeves. Slight glossy sheen without any creases, dents, scratches or tears. The artwork on both is a direct copy from the original 1972 release, save for the fine print denoting 2010 EU release details.
The records are also in NM condition. There are only a couple of very light surface scratches on both records but not substantial enough to drop them to EX. I've seen similar on NEW albums out of the package.
The album was play tested all the way through and there are no issues with the playback; it sounded great on my turntable. If anything, I would say this pressing sounds a tiny bit flatter than my original '72 pressing; but I'm not an audiophile so it didn't bother me. It still sounds awesome! All in all, still a lot of bang for your buck to get a copy of this legendary album in this condition.
As an avid collector, I try to include photos that show important details of the album and cover condition since this is what I look for when purchasing an album. I don't list albums that I personally wouldn't buy. The pictures usually make any defects look worse than they are in person but I'd rather show them than have you be disappointed when you receive the album. If you'd like any additional views or information to help you decide on the purchase, please send me a message.
Shipping is via USPS Media Mail in a protective plastic sleeve and cardboard mailer. Sorry, no returns.
