A BEAUTIFUL AND EXTREMELY RARE EXAMPLE OF THIS 1967 MADE IN ENGLAND FOR EXPORT ONLY, DECCA RECORDS SAMPLE LP.

  I have acquired several collectible Rolling Stones Singles, EPs and LPs, and will be listing them over the next few weeks. This Made In England Export LP was released in 1967 and is an official and authentic Sample Record Not For Sale Demo Copy.

  The rare mono LP is on the Red with Silver Print, Decca Record Labels with the catalogue number of  LK 4888.

  Both record labels are in absolutely immaculate Near Mint condition, super clean and unfaded record labels to both sides with just a couple of play signs around the centre of each label, all printed text is clearly legible, side 1 record label has the official Sample Sticker.

  The side 1 stamped matrix’s are, ARL-7752-1 A, and side 2, ARL-7753-2 A.

  As expected on this early demo sample LP the mother stampers are very first off the press, and are, 1 B / 1 B on each side, the mother stamper lettering is taken from the word, BUCKINGHAM, B being the first and so on.

  Both vinyl surfaces are also in immaculate Near Mint condition, both vinyl surfaces are absolutely free from scratches and scuffs and at most just in and out of the bag hairlines.   Both sides of the LP play with a clear and very powerful MONO sound quality, there are no clicks, pops, or skips.

  The LP comes in a Blue Printed, Polythene Lined Inner Bag, (please note that this demo LP does NOT come with an outer sleeve) this is how it came when collected as a sample record from the pressing plant at the time.
