Description

An original 1st press of GYYYO on the UK Decca label. Matrix 1W/3W. Stampers 1-B/1-CU. Please note the labels are consistent with very 1st pressing - "Get Yer Ya Ya's Out" ->> appears in large font and spans much more of the label. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original fully laminated Upton printed cover [very 1st issue]. Also included is the original white and blue inner sleeve date coded to July-1970 [07-70]..two months prior to 1st release. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) Wow - this is a seriously nice looking slab of vinyl and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are pretty much silent and the audio come across with perfect clarity. A top-level specimen...for sure. The audio quality is stunning and hard to find fault with. Just beautiful clean audio all the way through. Even the test track 'Love In Vain' plays very clean. Interference is pretty much non-existent. We couldn't detect more than a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments. FINAL UPGRADE...it would be nigh on impossible bettering this copy.
Cover (Ex) In great shape and has been carefully looked after down the years. Lovely clean shiny front with some laminate lift along the spine edge [fairly common]. The rear is lovely and clean and doesn't appear to have been affected by ageing - expect a couple of creases though. Edge wear is very light for this title and the openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. A top-level example.
Inner (Ex) No splits or ageing.
