Description

An original 1st pressing on Rolling Stone Records in the UK 1973. Matrix A2/B1. Etching "Rolling Stones Records". Please note this is the very first 1st pressing matrix and the labels do not have any text in the upper sector. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. Also included is the original promo poster, the chocolate-brown coloured lyric sheet and original white inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. 
Vinyl (Vg+) In nice condition and has only seen moderate use. Under close inspection there are a couple of marks on side 2 - one which is just getting feelable. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a VERYGOOD+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is minor and infrequent. All we detected was a bit of static in a couple of tracks [e.g. Coming Down / Winter - bit of crackle caused by the above mark]. Other than that we are talking about a very nice rendition from one of the STONES lesser know classics. 
Cover (VG+) Nice condition and fairing better than many examples. Front and back are in very good condition with only minor handling wear slightly more visible on the rear. The interior is immaculate. Edge wear is reasonably light. The text on the spine is mostly intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. 
Poster (Vg) Fine on the picture side...a few age spots on the rear.
Lyric Sheet (Ex) Perfect condition no creases.
Inner (Ex) Light ageing and no splits.
