Description
Up for sale. 1st UK press edition of The Stone's only truly psychedelic lp. Their Satanic Majesties from Dec 1967.
There are minor blemishes. The lp and sleeve are over 50 years old but considering this I don't think that someone looking for a nice copy of this lp would be disappointed. The sleeve is strong. Edges and corners are really good with really some minimal wear. The hologram on the cover "works" great with all band members heads turning, apart from Sir Mick who stares dead ahead. There is a scuff along the top of the image which is visible but does not detract from the look. Back cover is spotless as is the clearly legible spine. Gatefold sleeve is excellent too.
The very thin paper inner bag has a little creasing but is completely intact, no splits or writing.
The labels have some spindle wear but are otherwise clean with no writing or damage.
The vinyl is spotless. No scuffs or marks. Looks new. Audio is really solid with barely any surface noise between tracks. Thick, rich Mono sound.
Lovely copy.
