Description

A 1st issue of Let It Bleed on the UK Unboxed Decca label from the time of release. Matrix 3/3. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original cover printed by Upton. The cover includes the original poster sticker - please note there is no poster present. Also included is the original blue and white Decca inner sleeve crediting the 'London Back Choir'.
Vinyl (Vg+) In very nice condition despite having seen a moderate level of use. Under close inspection there are a number of ultra-light marks. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a VERYGOOD+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are quiet and the audio comes across with very good clarity. Interference is minor and only really noticeable in a couple of spots. All we could detect was a bit of static in a couple of the quieter tracks e.g. Silver & Love In Vain and in the intro to 'You Can't...'. Anything else is very minor in nature and at no point is any of it invasive. LIB is a cracking record and this rendition is both very decent and thoroughly enjoyable.
Cover (Ex) In very nice condition and has clearly been cared for down the years. The front is nice and shiny with very little creasing at all. The rear, which so often ends up looking quite shabby, is preserved to a high standard. No ageing or markings. Edge wear is light with just a touch on the spine - all text is fully visible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and is a very fine example.
Inner (Ex) In superb condition with just a bit of creasing. No splits or markings.
