Released in December 1969 on London Records under catalog number NPS-4, Let It Bleed is an absolute, towering masterpiece that stands as one of the greatest rock albums ever recorded. Fusing gritty Chicago blues with dark, country-honk swagger, the record acts as the definitive, turbulent soundtrack to the end of the 1960s counterculture era.
