Description
Greetings! And thank you for visiting this auction from the PTA Thrift Shop!
Our non-profit agency recently received a wonderful box of vintage 45rpm records (most in good condition with picture sleeves!) to sell as part of our annual fundraising efforts, and we're listing them here now. There are some really great items here for collectors of classic rock records and memorabilia, so please take a moment to check out our other auctions as well!
This auction is for:
THE ROLLING STONES- Not Fade Away & I Wanna Be Your Man (written by Lennon and McCartney)
London Records (45-9657) (appears to be an original pressing and not a re-issue)
This one is in a cool picture sleeve too!
Sleeves and record are in decent shape but please do expect some surface wear on both due to age. We've provided a picture of the front and back of both items and will gladly take specific questions about anything you see here. We want the buyer to be completely satisfied!
Please read the auction listing and descriptions carefully. Since we are far from experts on any of this, everything is being sold AS IS so please bid accordingly. However, we have tried to be thorough as we want the high bidder to be pleased with their purchase.
We have tried to be as thorough as possible with this listing, but please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding colors, cards, anything else. We'll be happy to help! Buyer pays shipping, which will vary depending on your location.
Please take a moment to check out our other auctions as well for other interesting and unusual items. We will gladly consolidate shipping on purchases of multiple items!
The PTA Thrift Shop is based out of Carrboro, NC, and has been in operation for nearly 60 years. Each year we donate every cent of our net profits to the local school system so that children will have access to arts programs, sports equipment, field trips and other items that their school's budget may not otherwise be able to cover. You can read more about our organization on the official PTA Thrift Shop web site.
Your purchase will help support this great cause. Please feel free to contact us with any questions and thank you for your support!
P.S. FREE LOCAL PICKUP IS AVAILABLE!
On Mar-23-12 at 09:26:28 PDT, seller added the following information:Since we've received a lot of inquiries on this one, we did want to emphasize that the vinyl does indeed have surface wear and scuffs and the sleeve does have wear as well. Both are solid but not perfect. We have added an additional pic of the "worst" part of the vinyl wear so anyone who is interested in this rare item can have as much info as possible. Item sold "as is" but would make a great addition to any collection. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thanks!
