The Rolling Stones Rocks Off Ltd Ed Double Vinyl. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class.


This is the super rare release from the revered Swingin’ Pig label of which only 250 were pressed. It captures The Rolling Stones live in Perth recorded on 24th Feb 1973. It was released in 1990 and these rarely appear on the open market. It’s a double gatefold pressed on beautiful coloured vinyl. Please note, this is an unofficial release.

I purchased this new in 1991 and played it only once to record onto cassette. The vinyl is in near mint condition with no scratches and has been kept in poly lined sleeves. It could of course benefit from a clean but it plays fine as is. The coloured vinyl looks superb. I would grade the cover as ‘very good’ as due to the inferior quality it has not aged as well as an official release would have. However there are no rips or splits and the spine is intact. It has been correctly stored in a smoke/pet free environment out of direct sunlight.

It’s a great live album and sounds as though the recording was taken directly from the desk.

The chance to buy this album are few and far between so be quick if you’re seriously interested in it. I will of course consider all sensible offers.This would make a lovely addition to any vinyl collection.
