Description
This is the 1st pressing of the Rolling Stones debut album from 1964.
The cover is the first one produced and has Mona as track 4 on side one. Also the two other errors with Bozier, instead of Dozier, as the writing credit on the side 2 track Can I Get a Witness and the missing word If from the listing of the side 2 track You Can Make It If You Try.
Obviously these errors were quickly spotted and corrected which makes this cover scarce.
Check out the website stonesondecca.com for more detailed information.
The label is the early unboxed version with the errors Mona as track 4 on side one and Bozier on side 2.
The matrix numbers are XARL - 6271 - 2A, XARL - 6272 -5A.
The Vinyl condition is VG with just some light marks.
Cover condition is VG with just some laminate creasing and yellowing to back.
Please see pictures which form part of the description.
Will be mailed in a record mailer with stiffeners. Record separate from cover within the package.
