Description
"Sticky Fingers" First pressing copy bought by myself late April 1971. Album released 23rd April 71. The very first pressings have hand etched in the run out grooves "TML ROLLING STONES RECORDS." Plus mother number 1 and 1C. Matrix numbers COC 59100-A4 & COC 59100-B4 Comes complete with the original inner sleeve and inner photo of the band with track listings. Also has the Andy Warhol inner wall to the album. And of course the real original zip fly.
The vinyl is graded very good plus taking into account there are some signs of use from minor marks through handling nothing that effects play as I've TEST PLAYED the album in its entirety. It played back without any nasty clicks, jumps or any other imperfections. There is of course some light background noise on very quiet passages but certainly an exceptable level.
The cover I would grade Excellent minus no rips or tears, no dents or creases. The spine is fully readable however there is sign of wear on the bottom edge. Price reflects this and my initials on the sleeve. Please see photos. Thank you for viewing.
GRADING CHART
NEAR MINT. virtually unplayed no visible sign of wear.
EXCELLENT. Minor surface wear that shouldn't have any real effect.
VERY GOOD PLUS. Some light surface marks through handling but nothing nasty and plays well.
VERY GOOD. Some surface wear might crackle certainly on quiet passages or the intro.
GOOD. Lot of visible surface wear but if the record is a loud song might still reproduce the record quite well.
FAIR. Very poor quality and appearance but might still play through without sticking or other defect
