Description
Thanks for visiting. You are bidding on an original US pressing of The Rollings Stones' Sticky Fingers (Atlantic Records COC 59100). The album has the original working zipper on the front revealing the Andy Warhol underwear beneath. The vinyl is in very good plus and playable condition. The cover is in very good condition with some ringing and edge wear and the iconic original inner sleeve has a split along one side.
The pictures above are of this album and are not stock photos or pictures borrowed from another listing. I wrap all albums in bubble wrap and ship them in sturdy industry standard cardboard boxes designed specifically for records.
Please contact me prior to leaving anything less than positive feedback or less than five stars on the seller dashboard. If you are not happy with your purchase, I will work with you until the problem is resolved.
For International Buyers: Please take into account the shipping costs which can be determined in the shipping section. I make no money on the shipping and will not negotiate the cost. If you are located outside the areas I indicate I ship to, please respect this decision.
Grading Standards
VINYL/LP/RECORD:
Sealed Any record sealed in the original factory shrink wrap is presumed to be as perfect as possible.
Near Mint (NM) The highest grade for an opened LP. A nearly perfect record. Depending on the condition of the vinyl, this can often include albums which have been opened but otherwise remain in their original shrink wrap
Very Good Plus (VG+) Previous owner took good care of the album but there are some signs that it was played and handled. The vinyl surfaces will show some signs of wear - slight scuffs or very light scratches). Some surface noise may be audible.
Very Good (VG) The same defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced. Surface noise will probably be evident, especially in quiet passages or during a song's intro and fade .
I will not list an LP that I grade below VG unless it is extremely rare and then only with full disclosure.
COVER/SLEEVE:
Sealed Any cover/sleeve fully sealed in the original factory shrink wrap is presumed to be as perfect as possible.
Near Mint (NM) The highest grade for an opened LP. A nearly perfect cover.
Very Good Plus (VG+) Previous owner took good care of the cover but there are some signs that it was handled including ringing, creases, edge and corner wear.
Very Good (VG) The same defects found in a VG+ cover will be more pronounced including some splitting.
All grading of records contains at least some element of subjectivity and judgment. As there is room for reasonable disagreement, please bear in mind that I allow returns within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked.
