AS THERE IS A LOT TO DESCRIBE!!
THIS IS A VERY RARE "ATLANTIC RECORD CLUB OF AMERICA" COPY with WORKING ZIPPER and Andy Warhol inner art(behind the zipper).(please see pics I tried to take a pic of the inner art).PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE A STICKLER, THIS COPY IS NOT FOR YOU! YOU WILL A LOT OF HEAR SURFACE NOISE! UNLESS YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR A VERY GOOD COVER WITH A WORKING ZIPPER!
The vinyl is in Good condition, but has MANY surface marks that will cause surface noise, crackles, and pops & clicks typical with a Good grading. The surface marks do not cause any skips(AT LEAST ON MY TURNTABLE, ALL TURNTABLES ARE DIFFERENT) but you will hear a lot of crackling, certainly more noticeable during the quiet parts.
The cover has typical wear with age, there are no split seams, but the top part of the pants / belt has torn away(which is typical with this cover). (please see pics) This cover is actually in realy nice shape, except for the torn part of the pants.
The custom inner sleeve has typical wear with age, with tears, crumples, creases, bends, etc... (please see pics) There is a large split seam on the bottom and a small split on 1 side. If any of these issues are a concern for you, please do not buy it.
THE ZIPPER WORKS, but should be handled with care, as this LP is over 50 years old. THERE IS A PHOTO WITH THE ZIPPER UP AND WITH THE ZIPPER DOWN.
THIS IS A SUPER RARE COLLECTIBLE LP WITH THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:
1) "ATLANTIC RECORD CLUB OF AMERICA" COPY AS NOTED BY THE STICKER ON THE REAR COVER.
The label state "Manufactured Under License Issued By Atlantic Recording Corporation to Record Club Of America, Inc."
2) HAS THE ORIGINAL 1841 BROADWAY NY ADDRESS ON THE LABELS.
3) HAS THE ORIGINAL ATLANTIC CATALOG NUMBER (#COC 59100) ON THE LABELS AND ON THE COVER.
Up for sale is one (1) The Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers LP from 1969 on Atlantic Records (#COC 59100).
PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT STILL SOUNDS PRETTY GOOD! But you will hear surface noise typical with a Good grading.

More noticeable during the quiet parts. And the issues stated above.The cover is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, scrapes, dings, dents, ring wear, staining, peeling, etc... all of which are typical. And the issues stated above.
This cover typically doesn't age well because of all the moving parts, but this one is in very good shape.
Nice, fairly clean labels with spindle marks.
