Description

The Rolling Stones Sticky Fingers UK 1971 1st issue vinyl LP, insert, plays well
There are many versions with different zipper styles and labels  - according to Discogs, closest match to this is this one I believe: release/3492494-The-Rolling-Stones-Sticky-Fingers - variant 2 Check it out online
THIS COPY: Small Zipper, No Promotone on labels , A3/B4 matrix numbers, sleeve 'open' top and bottom, insert - all indicators of very first issue before 'A Promotone N.V. Record' was printed on the labels (this was around  September 1971, whereas issues without Promotone N.V. were released APRIL 1971)

HOW IT LOOKS - PLEASE VIEW ALL THE PHOTOS
Outer sleeve - is in very good order generally, clean with a minimal amount of handling wear, very nice - has a fully working zip, there is a small piece missing at top of buckle and some scratches to the rear; no other damage I could see
Lips insert with band photo one side is EXCELLENT; often missing too , no marks/rips or writing on this...
Labels are clean and free from pen or sticky marks - great order
The vinyl; side one has a few hairline/scuffs. One squiggly mark near the last track , which looks worse than it sounds, it only impacts play with a bit of crackle -  no jumps Side two has one less noticeable scratch, and just light hairlines with minimal impact. - Please view photos
HOW IT PLAYS: Side One - plays great, some very light crackle here and there, in quiet bits (build up to WH e.g.)  - no loud pops or jumps Side Two - plays very well, there are a few ticks on T3 , the rest the same as S1- a very nice listen overall
Overall a very nice, ORIGINAL 1971 copy , complete with an obvious history that is still pleasurable to listen to.
