Description
Up for sale is a Rolling Stones' Greatest Hits double LP album by ABKCO. The album was made from the masters of ABKCO Records, Inc. and registered to RCA's special products division under the catalog number of DVL2-0268. The album cover is pretty much the same on the front of the back featuring six members of the group (including the late Charlie Watts as well as the late Brian Jones and his subsequent replacement Mick Taylor way before Ron Wood came into the picture). This album was released in 1977 and includes quite a number of the band's well known hits on vinyl.
The album cover is a bit worn and feels quite a bit flimsy, which can be due to the fact that it is meant to store two vinyl records as opposed to the usual one, and it only has one pouch for storing both records in, as opposed to a gate fold double album case or something along those lines. There is some noticeable wear appearing in the form of some finish loss or record rash (if you will) which can be seen as white streaks across the album title in a circular motion (or shape of the actual vinyl album) showing through on the surface of the album's cover.
The record sleeves themselves are also a bit worn, with some bent creases on the paper here and there along with some yellowing which came about from overall age. The track listings and running times listed for this double LP set are as follows...

The printed lettering (which lists the tracks) on the inlay for the first record is slightly more faded than the second record for some odd reason, but it's still legible for the most part.
The matrix numbers on the records are as follows... On the first record, side 1 has a stamped code that reads DVL2-0268A-1 along with another stamped code that faintly reads A2 preceded by a handwritten letter A. Side 2 of the first record has a similar stamped (or typeset) code that reads DVL2-0268B-1 and also bears an additional code which reads A1 preceded by a handwritten letter F. There is also a 1 stamped in this innermost groove elsewhere. The second record bears the stamped code of DVL2-0268C-1 and has an additional code of A2 (which is much more fainter) followed by what appears to be a handwritten letter C. Elsewhere on this inner groove a solitary 1 is also visible. Side two's matrix code for the second record reads DVL2-0268D-2 with an additional code that reads A1 preceded by the handwritten letter C. There is also an additional solitary 1 on this side as well.
The records themselves may have fingerprints and/or scratches on them from previous use, as this item was sitting in a display case for the past unknown number of decades before it was taken out and cleaned up for the purpose of this sale.
Furthermore, please note I have no means by which to test this record out to see if it plays perfectly as I do not have a working record player at my disposal. Therefore, please consider this an as-is auction listing.

I'm pretty sure these records will have some value to the right collector out there.
