The Rolling Stones, Their Satanic Majestic Request, Orig UK Decca G/Fld LP, EX+!
The Rolling Stones, Their Satanic Majestic Request, Orig UK Decca G/fld LP, EX+, 4th Pressing !!
Original Decca issue stereo LP, the glossy gatefold cover is in excellent+ condition, with only some very light rubbing around the corners (see pics). The spine is intact and fully readable & the plain inner is intact & in excellent condition.
The record is in visually excellent+ condition with little evidence of being played, except for one or two light sleeve removal marks visible under bright light that do not affect the playback. The labels are clean and bright with evidence of one or two spindle markings (see pics), overall the record still retains its original sheen and looks barely played.
The sound reproduction is still excellent, clear & vibrant throughout with no loud pops, crackle or hiss & definately no skips, sticks or jumps. The matrix nos. are ZAL-8126, 9k//420 mother stampers 1-1-1-0, 8k//420 mother stampers 1-2-2, one of the earliest pressings of the early seventies UK stereo 4th pressing of this album!!
