Year: First released in 1967, this is a 1973 issue.

Notes/Description: Some sources say this version was produced for export to Europe but in any event, the Black & White label is quite a rarity. The vinyl is glossy with a couple of very faint hairlines visible under a strong light and plays superbly, there is the slightest edge warp which has no effect at all - just mentioned for completeness. The lenticular sleeve is exceptionally clean and tidy with no wear or damage. It comes with the original red inner sleeve also in NM condition. Matrix:
