The Secret Policeman's Ball - 1979 Island Records.  NM Vinyl.  EX Cover. 

Album cover is SIGNED by Neil Innes (of Monty Python) in bold black marker in the following manner... "To Jim, thanks for having us, Lots of (heart). Neil Innes."
Autograph is 100% GUARANTEED authentic as it was obtained in person at a show at The Winchester Music Hall in Cleveland, Ohio in the mid 2000s.
Sadly Neil Innes died on December 29, 2019.
