ALL KILLER NO FILLER (1977-2001)
LFD-1006-1/2
Numbered limited edition of 200 in black vinyl!

Left For Dead Records is proud to announce the release of the first definitive collection of the rip-snortin’ recorded legacy of New York City’s Rock ‘n’ Roll diehards, The Senders. Titled All Killer No Filler (1977-2001) the compilation features over two dozen tracks, captured in down and dirty local studios and in sweaty dives between 1977 and 2001, all previously unreleased or long out of print, including an entire (previously unreleased) LP side with Johnny Thunders on guitar.
All Killer No Filler (1977-2001) is a 2 x 12” vinyl LP featuring 27 tracks in a gatefold sleeve. (Also available as a 2 x CD also in a gatefold sleeve and with four additional bonus tracks.)
The packaging includes separate liner notes by music journalists James “The Hound” Marshall and Tim Stegall as well as Peter Crowley who oversaw the Senders session for the Max’s Kansas City Records seven-song single material that appears on
this album.
• 27 LP (31 CD) tracks represent the best of the Senders recorded legacy compiled on 2 LPs in a gatefold.
• Only 100 Splatter & 200 Black Vinyl copies. Deluxe double gatefold LP & CD with printed inner sleeves.
• Includes 7 previously-unreleased tracks with Johnny Thunders on guitar (NY Dolls/Heartbreakers).
• Ultra-high fidelity remaster by Jack Control (Jack Butcher) at Enormous Door in Austin, TX.
• Cover illustration by original Punk Magazine artist, Bruce Carleton (art featured on latest iggy Pop album.)
“The Senders are the great lost band of New York Punk. Begun in 1976, they were peers of all the early legends – Ramones, Blondie, Heartbreakers, etc. “ —Tim Stegall (Alternative Press, Ugly Things)
“Being perpetually out of fashion and simultaneously ahead and behind their times, they never landed a big record deal, the Senders recorded for whoever would have them, Max’s own record label, the Midnight Records store label, some label in France, et al. But this means like other bands of a similar mindset—the Blasters, the Fabulous Thunderbirds, Dr. Feelgood, the Red Devils— the Senders were never neutered, processed, remolded, cleaned up and spit out by the record biz. No overproduced ‘80s sounding
discs, no embarrassing videos, nothing they couldn’t be proud of. The 27 tunes here are a cross sampling of what they did—The Senders Thing. Tunes by Don & Dewey, Bill Allen, Howlin’ Wolf and Otis Blackwell sit beside their originals—Fat Face, Don’t Mind Me, My Baby Glows In The Dark. Raw, unvarnished, unproduced and great. If you were there, you remember, if you missed it, here’s your chance to doThe Senders Thing.  —James “The Hound” Marshall (NYC, February 2022)

“A New York Dolls version of The Blasters… Induce a head-scratch — why wasn’t this band better known outside its circle?” —The Art Desk Record Review

“A cyclone of alcohol, smoke, sweat and frenzy. This is 150-proof bug-eyed old-school Rock & Roll dug from the dirt.” —Trouser Press Magazine

POSTAGE
The amount we charge is what we expect to pay plus approx 15-40p for packing materials.
There's NO such thing as 'free postage'!  Prices include 20% VAT on the postage as well as the goods, ebay then take commission of 8-10% - on the item, postage AND the VAT... and then ask you whether our postage charges are 'fair'.  We don't 'include' postage, otherwise we can't offer reduced postage for multiple items...
MULTIPLE ITEMS POSTAGE
For multiple items, there will be an automatic reduction in postage costs of 50% of further items postage.  BUT make sure you order them together, not individually: FIRST ADD THEM ALL TO YOUR CART.
If you want to wait for an accurate calculation: MAKE SURE you're on the ebay.CO.UK site, not an overseas one.  Put ALL the items into your basket, then go to 'Contact Seller'.  Click on the 'Request total from seller' button.  We'll then weigh and recalculate your combined items postage and send you an invoice.  This may take a day or two; the postage may or may not calculate as less.

DELIVERY TIME excludes weekends and Bank Holidays, which may be different in the UK from elsewhere.
Packets to overseas destinations (particularly Italy, Russia, South America) often take longer than advertised due to local customs delays.
OVERSEAS POST is by Royal Mail Air Mail Small Packet or parcel. Look for Ebay's GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAMME in certain countries - it'll be cheaper.  A TRACKING number should get automatically marked against your order.  If your order is over £50 value and you'd like to add a Signed For or Insured service.  WE ADVISE A SIGNED-FOR SERVICE FOR ALL BRAZIL ORDERS.
Ebay will update your order once it is sent, with tracking details there.
PACKAGING: For vinyl we use sturdy card cruciforms, not envelopes, and if not shrinkwrapped we remove discs from sleeves, to avoid sleeve splits.  For CDs we use corrugated cardboard, not jiffy bags.

PROBLEM?
We want you to be really happy with your purchase.  If you?re not, or something?s gone wrong, please message us.  We will do our very best to resolve things.  If our item description isn?t quite right, or you think we?ve overcharged on postage, please LET US KNOW instead of 'opening a case' or marking down our ebay feedback.  If you have an order problem you?d like to resolve quickly, you can phone us (check our website for the number, ebay prohibit phone numbers).  Good manners are appreciated!

EBAY MESSAGING
It?ll help us deal with your query faster if you can include the order reference #number!  At least your name AND ebay ID.  Please try not to 'open a case' unless you're seriously concerned.  Message us first; we always want you to be happy with the service you get.
Please remember, the ebay shop is not our main business so we may not always respond immediately; but we will get back to you.
