Description

Experience the unmistakable sound of 1960s girl‑group pop with this vintage pressing of The Shangri‑Las’ Leader Of The Pack on Red Bird Records (RB‑20‑101). This classic LP features the group’s signature storytelling style, highlighted by their iconic hit “Leader of the Pack,” along with a strong lineup of emotionally charged tracks that defined the era. The vinyl is visually VG, showing light signs of play and a couple light scuffs but retaining excellent shine, while the original cardboard sleeve displays typical shelf wear consistent with age. Labels are clean and legible but there is writing. Fragile sticker was added to front cover sometime in the 1960's. I believe this is a Mono pressing. Inner sleeve is not original. It is a plain white sleeve. Record needs cleaning. A fantastic addition for collectors of early pop, Red Bird releases, or anyone building a vintage vinyl library. Please review all photos for the best understanding of condition.
