As a fan of true gospel singing sung by dedicated singers, with pride I introduce this second album by The Singing Tidwell Family, WHEN I MET GOD. Music and singing holds an important place in today’s jet age. With words set to music it seems to make a more lasting impression than without, especially if the singers are anointed with the Holy Ghost. When Saul was troubled by the evil spirit there were many singers and musicians in the land, but there was one anointed of the Lord. There are many singers in the land but all are not anointed. As you begin to listen to the songs herein you can feel the sincerity and anointing in which they are sung. As the voices of Bro. Dorris. Bro. James, Sister Sandra and Little Bro. Terry (with the big voice) begin to blend together on WHEN I MET GOD you will feel that they have met Him and are introudcing Him to you. Sit back and listen as The Singing Tidwell Family sing you happy with “The BEST IS YET TO COME” because “JESUS WILL OUTSHINE THEM ALL.” Bro. Wilson Wilson Hembree 1153 Ormewood Ave., S.E.
