Description

Here is a very fine first pressing of the Reptile House EP.  Considered by many to be the band's finest release it came out in 1983 with the initial copies with a lyric sheet.  This copy is superb and is all correct including the correct text on the spine and no barcode on the back.
Vinyl
The vinyl is in near perfect condition, very glossy and showing no signs of wear or marks or scratches.  Near Mint.
Sleeve
The sleeve is almost perfect, but has some very sight shelf wear. Some would grade it as NM, but to be on the safe side I am grading it as EX++.
Lyric Sheet
This is perfect and has no creases or marks.  Near Mint.
Play Test
It sounds amazing with no faults at all and stunning sonic range.
Postage
Will be sent tracked.  International postage is no problem at all.
