Description

This is one of the most sought after Smiths records (#29 of top Smiths collectibles on the 2005 Record Collector Magazine list of top 100, which included music in formats other than vinyl). It features Morrissey on the sleeve with a kid biting into an ice cream bar in the background. It is apparently one of the only “Morrissey-approved” sleeves with an image of the band on the cover. It was pressed in Australia but it’s very hard to find almost anywhere. I’ve had this record for a few years and I’ve taken great care of it. I’ve never even played it. The previous owner(s) caused some creasing on the both the top and bottom of the right side of the cover. I’ve noted this in the pics. The spines are not split but the top spine has some wear, likely from shelf storage. There is ringwear on the BACK cover, also noted in pics. It’s tough to find this record mint and this is the nicest copy I’ve seen so don’t hesitate to bid if you don’t already own this record. The vinyl has a couple of small scuffs in the runout but this record is mostly clean.
