The Smiths - Girlfriend in a coma.

This is a very rare release of the 12" single Girlfriend in a coma by The Smiths. The original release of this record came in a sleeve printed in green, but a few - like the one I am selling - left the factory in a grey sleeve. How many were released like this? No one knows, but the total amount of records that found their way to the marked must be very low. Its not known if sleeve is a plant error, or that it is made on purpose. It could be that this is a misprinting due to a small trace of green that is shown on this grey version. The very top of the sleeve is printed in the common green colour. See the second picture.

The item recently was featured as a top Smiths rarity and one that you should look out for to increase in value over the coming years. Great to add to your collection!

The sleeve is in excellent condition with a tiny tiny spot on the cover. Please see the second picture for the green colour that is on the sleeve.

The record shows signs of wear -light scratches (visual grading) and is in EX- condition. The record is the exact same as the regular release in the green sleeve. (same matrix printing, labels etc) so can be easily replaced if you wish. Comes in original inner.
