Description
The Smiths Heaven Knows I’m Miserable Now original very rare 1st pressing withdrawn 12” single, RTT 156, this is the mispressed initial version with A1 matrix runout on side A that is said to be an extended version which was quickly withdrawn, this version has the extra line of ‘I was happy in the haze’ before the instrumental fade out at 3.51 minutes as opposed to 3.34 minutes for all other releases (discogs). All other releases have the matrix numbers A2/B2, From my own personal collection that I’ve owned since it’s release in 1984, I would state the cover in a excellent + condition, no seam splits, little handling, strong spine, I’ve always kept the record within a plastic protective sleeve, I would state the vinyl also in a excellent + condition, no skips or jumps, I’ve only played the record about 5/6 times, the record plays absolutely perfect on my system, nice clean paper labels, matrix numbers = A1/B2, from a smoke and pet free home, over the coming weeks I will be listing all my Smiths 12” singles, low realistic starting price for this this very rare withdrawn Smiths 12” single, the single will be posted via Royal Mail signed, can the winning bidder please pay within 48 hours of auction ending, thanks, over the coming months I will be listing more original vinyl and original vintage music related items, please check out my other items for sale, I will combine postage for multiple items, thanks for looking
