Description
I am doing a few different record drops in the coming weeks. The first drop offers indie/alternative/punk/new wave records from the 70s to the 90s. I have tons of first pressings from groups such as The Smiths, Joy Division / New Order, Bauhaus, The Cure, Gang of Four, Jawbreaker and many others. I also have a US first press of the Melvins’ Houdini. Lots of amazing and classic records for sale. Good luck with the bids!

Press Info: 1st UK Presses
12"
Vinyl Grade: VG-:
The record sounds great. I listened to both sides and the songs are quite clear and loud. Easy VG+ playback. There are many marks on the vinyl I will say. Not pretty, looks like a VG--. Especially these thick ones that go along the grooves. Very prominent on side 2. Doesn’t look great but the marks do not seem to really affect the playback as much as one might think. Heard some slight noise on intro/outro and between songs on side 2 but that was it.
Cover Grade: VG++
Slight wear but looks excellent.
Inner sleeve looks great
7"
Vinyl Grade: VG++
Cover Grade: VG+
Slight crease bend
*All records will include a new inner sleeve and plastic outer sleeve
**For records that include a 7”, I don’t have any new inner sleeves and plastic sleeves. I will be sending them in older plastic sleeves I was personally using. The record will be placed outside of the cover in the plastic sleeve.

GRADING SCALE:
(Records are graded from sight)
SEALED / MINT - Record jacket is sealed. Disc is sold ?as-is.?
NM - Super clean record with basically no imperfections. Appears unplayed or barely played at all. I’d use this rating infrequently
EX - Basically either spotless visually or sounds extremely clean.
VG++ - Has extremely few light marks. Very clean
VG+ - Has some imperfections, such as hairlines or scuff, but looks clean and plays well
VG - Similar to VG+ but has more imperfections. Records VG and up will not typically have any scratches deep enough to be felt.
VG- - Fair amount of imperfections or scratches that may affect playability.
VG-- - Plethora of scratches scattered throughout. Literally scratches/hairlines everywhere.
G - Imperfections and scratches throughout including scratches that cause playback issues and can be felt.
*These records were only visually graded!!
**I dont grade records considering the spindle marks. I might not even mention it but if it catches my eye I will mention so. If that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time.
