Description
This item is the 1968 self-titled album release by The Smoke, which was produced by Michael Lloyd and Kim Fowley. While this is not an ideal collector's copy, it is definitely not just a filler copy. Overall, I'd call this item easily a solid 7 on a scale of 10. The record sleeve has some noticeable wear and discoloration, and there is some incidental writing on it as well. All three seams are neatly taped, and staple holes are noticeable in the upper left corner. The record has some visible surface markings, but it is is entirely very listenable, with a minimum of surface noise. I did have two minor skips (both on side one), but this may just be an indication of the vinyl needing a better cleaning than I'm capable of doing. I didn't see any visible markings on the record in the places that it skipped. I found this LP to be completely listenable, with a minimum of distraction.
