The record is in very good condition with just the odd light mark to the vinyl. The labels also are very good. It has the release date printed on the label. It comes in a plain white die cut sleeve. Please see the pictures....
As you probably already know that these Demo / Promo records were pressed up in limited quantities of usually 250 or less. Many of these Demo`s don`t survive. They were issued at the time to Radio Stations & the Music Press to help get the record into the Top 40. None of these was ever meant For Sale over your local record shop counter. Yes.. Scarce they are....
