Here is a pair of fabulous USA import The Sonics LPs recorded - as it says on the sleeve - in earth-shattering mono.

First up is Introducing the Sonics (Featuring the Witch and Psycho) which also contains the immortal 'You Got Your Head On Backwards'. This is a 180g Beat Rocket/Sundazed BR114 reissue of the Sonics' classic '60s Jerden album. Pressed in the USA in 1998 the vinyl is near mint; the sleeve is in excellent condition also with just the merest hint of wear, noticeably a white mark on the front which is shown in close up in the pictures. In the light of day this looks like barely anything. The LP is housed in a quality anti-static poly-lined inner.

Next we have This Is The Sonics, the band's astonishing 2015 reunion album which proved they had lost none of their fire despite not playing together in nearly 50 years. This is a US import on Revox Records, RVUSA 001. The vinyl is also near mint. The sleeve is excellent but has a crease in the bottom left corner, shown in close up in the pictures. I actually bought it new like this from HMV but, being a US import, they didn't have another so I just lived with it. Again, in the photos it looks like more than it really is. There is also a small seam split on the printed inner sleeve which came as new as well. 

Reluctantly thinning down my record collection due to lack of space.
