Description

The Soul Benders were a teenage garage band from Grand Rapids, Michigan led by keyboardist Aris Hampers that enjoyed local success with a high-energy cover of “Hey Joe” on the local Phantasm label in 1967.

This disc comes from the collection of a recently deceased Massachusetts collector. It is in Very Good Plus (VG+) condition.

Both “Hey Joe” and “I Can’t Believe in Love” have plenty of shine with only minor surface scratches.
