Cover is in Near Mint condition. (still in the shrink wrap!)
Record is in Near Mint condition also.  Top condition copy
of this classic 1967 garage / psych LP.

GRADING OF RECORDS

 

MINT – record looks new and perfect looking.  Not many records make this grade. 

NEAR MINT – record is ‘like new” very clean with only possibly the most minor and superficial of marks. 

VG++  record has only very minor surface marks and wear and is in excellent condition.   

VG+  record shows some surface marks but the record is still in relatively good shape. no feel-able scratches 

VG  record shows a fair amount of wear. may have feel-able scratches

G     record shows excessive wear.
